Harshul Banthia

Harshul Banthia is a financial consultant with experience in strategy and structuring for solar and renewable energy project financing. Advisory work for solar developers includes financial modeling of projects, feasibility analysis, assessing counterparty credit, investor outreach, and negotiating transaction documentation. Special focus on non-profit and LMI customers which have a strong desire to use sustainable sources of energy but have been an underserved market for financed solutions. He has also worked on developing a crowdfunding platform for solar and the associated structuring for tax equity and debt, along with understanding the securities regulations pertaining to private placements. Previously worked in the financial services industry where he had extensive quantitative finance experience in risk management and developing pricing models.
